Plane Convex Cad / Capp / Cam Integrated System Is Developed

Based on the modeling method and view of object-oriented system,the structure of the integration system is analyzed by means of O-O, andthe IDEF4 designin model map is established in this paper. The boldand instructive research on the O-O design methed of complex system iscarried out by the author.According to the trat of plane cam, the plane camCAD/CAPP/CAM integration system is studied and developed. TheCAD function (the transfer of the part information and outspreaddesigning of the part), the CAPP funchon (the machining processplaning), the CAM function(computation of tool position, generation ofNC code and machining simultion) and the idea and means of thesystem development is expatiated.The author adopted the idea of feature modeling in the descriptionof the part information, constructed the information form of the cam partapplying parametirc feature modeling method. Taking the function andmachine request as constraints in the design procedure, the design andgeneration of outline curve is fulfilled by means of vector analytic. Theinformation and structure integration of CAD and CAPP is realized inthe CAPP process uhlizing O-O method. By analyzing and summarizingthe form of the NC programs, the NC code automatic generation isrealized by programming. Furthermore, the correctness of it is validatedby compuer simulation.By using the visual programming method, the system having afriendly graphical interfaces for the user and mak the maintenance andexpansion of it is also facility. Moreover, the author made a elementarystudy on the engineering data-base, founded a solid base for the systemsfurther developmen into the integration System basing on unitiveprodct model and DBMS. The operation instance proved tha thedesign idea is correct, the software interface is friendly and the systemrunning reliably.
