The thesis elaborates the design,research and development of the computer control system of the spunlaid process nonwoven fabric. Through consulting a lot of domestic and foreign literature an materials about the thesis an investigating the companies' products, We decided to adopt the Distributed Control System.The computer control system of the spunlaid process nonwoven fabric involves two levels: the first and second IPC is produced by AiXun corporation. The first level computer is used as running software, monitoring production, showing production process, saving an printing and so on. The second level computer is used as running control algorithm, controling 64 circuit. And it can be inserted some kinds of A/D, DIA, digital I/O box pattern plate in order to realize real-time gathering signals and real-time control(DCS). So it raises working efficiency and improves safety factors. Even if interruption of power supply or computer no running, the control system can quickly be recalled.The thesis puts emphasis on discussing detection thickness instrument and scanning apparatus drive control system, computer monitoring system, the fabric roll auto control system an gives detection principle of isotope thickness instrument. In addition, the time delay control, the adaptive control is available perfectly to thickness' and tension's compensation. This method can raise the control precision and stabilization.
