Intelligence , miniaturization and integration are the development trend and the important subjects of telemetry video technology . This paper deals with the new method and the new parts to design single-board super-fast-signal decoder VHDL design technology and EPLD parts . Considering engineering utilization , through the description of VI-IDL , a practical intelligent single-board super-fast-signal decoder and a Single Wide Pulse Group(SWPG) and a Single Narrow Pulse Group(SNPG) super-fast-signal source have been designed with EPLD , and the intelligence and miniaturization of single-board super-fast-signal decoder ( from a case to single-board ) have been realized. -r t1: erf;2nanc -cf the frame synchronization code of super fast signal decoder has been analysed.
