| In twenty-first century,along with the rapid development of social economy and the function of the Internet,the computer technology has changed people’s life and work.Information construction has become an important national development strategy to promote national economic and social development.Since the reform and opening up for many years,construction project has achieved rapid development that more and more construction projects need more powerful and effective supervision and management.In the past,the information query and statistics of the construction project were mainly done by manual statistics,paper materials or forms for reporting.It couldn’t query and use the information of construction project efficiently and accurate.Moreover,traditional supervision methods and supervision and administration staff were limited,the exchange of information between the unit and the department responsible for supervision had the time delay and barrier.Therefore,the need of new information technology to responsible for the quality supervision of the project is necessary to solve the existing problems in the industry.This paper confirmed the main goal and the main work of the system through the analysis of the research background and the development status at home and abroad.In this paper,the system used the object-oriented design and method,B/S framework and MVC to do a series of design processes of requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing,which also used UML as an auxiliary design tool.The core business of the system is the quality supervision work process of project engineering.Project registration function realization project registration,quality supervision function realized the quality supervision and control in the process of the project,supervision and reporting management function achieved the goal of the effective supervision of quality supervision station,.The system had been through the functional and nonfunctional testing,which can satisfy the basic needs of quality supervision and improve the quality supervision work efficiency.Moreover,the system realized the information sharing between users. |
