With the maturity of the computer technology, network communication tech-nology and control technology, the Networked Control Systems (NCS) coming. Compared to traditional control systems Network control system has obvious advantages since NCS own distributed operations form, a complete architecture,and independent communication with eliminating cumbersome cabling. However, due to network issues, there are some shortcomings of network control system, such as packet loss, delay, interference and other issues, which will make Decrease stability and accuracy of the system. In this paper, Author makes simulation and research in terms of the network control system, In addition, fuzzy PID control algorithm and Smith predictive control are added to the NCS to make more intelligent and enhance stability of the system.Firstly, the background, significance and the present domestic status of international research of the network control system are introduced. Likewise, and the simulation toolbox (TrueTime), development process, and the structural characteristics were described in this paper. And then using the traditional PID control analysis interference, delay and packet loss issues.Secondly, the interference, packet loss and other problems of poor control effect of Traditional PID, Author put forward a fuzzy control to the network control system, at the same time, a fuzzy PID controller with combining of TrueTime toolbox and Fuzzy Toolbox. The results show that:compared with the traditional PID control, a fuzzy PID controller own better network performance and stability for interference,, packet loss and other problems.Finally, making improvement of the fuzzy PID controller by joining Smith predictor compensator and set the buffer controller and actuator respectively at both ends. The simulation results show that:compared with a single PID controller, using fuzzy PID controller perform better at stability and accuracy under the same network conditions. |
