In recent years, the cultural industry revitalization and economic reform in the background, the media industry has become one of the most growth of the industry, showing a good momentum of vigorous development, the establishment has a strong position in the emerging media group became the new media industry direction. In support of national policy, media companies significantly accelerate the listing process, the number soared. From the operating system point of view, a growing number of private media companies began to enter the A-share market, and extraordinary performance. And, the new media companies has gradually become the main listing in recent years in the prosperity and development of the Internet,. Despite the relaxed and prosperity of the market makes the media industry boom ushered in development, but has dual properties of natural media listed companies in the country and the market power of the game two shares, inevitably a lot of policy issues.This article from state control and market forces both the perspective of the media listed A-share quoted company’s ownership structure and analyze operating performance, combing their operational problems arising in the course, and the cause of the problem for deep analysis. In this study,27 in the media in the core business as the main business of the media A-share listed companies as samples. First, the development process and the development status of China’s listed companies in the media overview, sort of listed companies in the development process of the media, the media area of listed companies, the market conditions and business segments were analyzed. Secondly, the ownership structure of listed companies in this article from the media, analyzing the nature and proportion of the company’s major shareholder, in order to explore the state-controlled listed companies in the media force, and ask questions because of the ownership structure of listed companies is unreasonable due to the media. Later, the samples collected by the company’s financial indicators for the period 2010-2013, the performance of listed companies on the media analysis to understand their business situation, the best performance of the industry, the company and the company’s worst outliers in-depth analysis, summarize the media listed companies in the market development of the existing problems.Through literature research and data analysis, I found that despite a national policy to relax the media industry to enter the capital market access conditions, but the state control of media enterprises strength not really relax. This paper attempts to understand the state-controlled media in listed companies and market forces under the game to survive, and to explore the underlying causes of problems in the process of its operations, it is desirable to provide a useful reference for the media market and listed companies in China has ready access to capital markets.
