Research On The Growth Of My Country's IC Listed Companies Based On The Ownership Structure

The development of integrated circuits is an important foundation for my country to realize information intelligence and technological modernization.With the emergence of "Huawei lack of cores" and "automotive cores",the development of integrated circuits has received more and more attention.my country has successively introduced a number of policies and measures to support the development of integrated circuits,and established a national integrated circuit industry fund to guide private enterprises,financial institutions and various social funds to actively participate in investment;various provinces and cities have also adopted "real gold and silver" policies.Used to support chip research and development,integrated circuit talent training,etc.With the convergence of various forces,my country's integrated circuit companies have begun to enter a period of major technological transformation and transformation.How to improve corporate governance,break through key technical bottlenecks,and maintain healthy and rapid growth has become the focus of everyone's close attention.This article takes integrated circuit listed companies as the research object,and uses factor analysis to evaluate the overall growth of integrated circuit listed companies,the growth of integrated circuit listed companies in different periods,and the growth of different types of integrated circuit listed companies,and analyze the growth of integrated circuit companies.Performance is affected by financial factors such as debt solvency,profitability,and operational capabilities;secondly,based on basic theoretical research on growth and corporate governance,relevant assumptions are made about the relationship between the equity structure and the growth of integrated circuit companies.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that there is a positive relationship between the equity structure and growth of listed integrated circuit companies.The concentration of equity and the degree of checks and balances are conducive to the development of the company,and the largest shareholder has the most effective influence on the growth and development of the company.Finally,from the aspects of optimizing equity structure,establishing active equity alliance,standardizing corporate incentive behavior,optimizing corporate governance system,and exerting entrepreneurial spirit,relevant suggestions for improving the growth of integrated circuit companies are proposed.
