Research And Analysis On Management System Of Poor Students' Financial Assistance

With the rapid development of information technology, in order to improve efficiency, reduce cost, the traditional manual work has been gradually transformed into done by computer and network. The management work of funding for poor students of East China Jiaotong University is completed by manual and paper files all the time,it is not only inefficient, and the material is not easy to save,,even cause a lot of waste of resources.The research and analysis of this system completely in view of the East China Jiaotong University,it is aimed to help the school to complete the management work of funding for poor students more efficient and economic.This paper introduces the research background, significance, and the present research and application situation of the management system of poor fund,and shows the research content and main work,in Business analysis,the problems existing in the system,the organization,and the original business process are analyzed in the paper, and it gives a modified business process;In functional analysis, data flow analysis and data dictionary are utilized to analysis the function of system by the thesis, the architecture of the overall function in this system, and each function module structure are gived by the paper too,it including poor students information management module, funding category information management module, financial aid information management module, work-study information management module, examination and approval administration module, statistics query, user management and so on; In data analysis, the data need to deal with in each function on the system was analyzed in this paper, and the E-R diagram are provided,also the database table structure is established;finally,the thesis summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also discussed.
