Research And Analysis On The Service System Of Students Studying Abroad In Ningbo Vocational And Technical College

In the past few years, informatization is not in such high level as today, studying abroad (or exchange) agency’s management was in a non-efficient mode. Paperless office level is very low. Although, in past years, the number of students is not quit much, paper works and simple computer recording could meet the demand of office using; today, by the number increase fast, old ways are meeting problems. Management needs a new efficient way to help them reduce risk from operation. Paperless work and even a smart management system are necessary.First of all this paper analyzes study abroad (exchange) management system’s social background and to confirm the research purpose and content. In the analysis of business, we use the original sorting processes business process diagrams, and business process transformation.In functional analysis, comb the system the data flow, and designed the feature chart. In the midst of data analysis, this article uses the Entity Relationship Diagram (ER) modeling and analysis of the relationships.
