Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Students' Archives In Jiangmen

With the continuous reform of school education system, student status management system also gradually the scientization and standardization direction development.Jiangmen a student admitted to the university archives management work is still relatively backward, there’s an urgent need to develop a set of suitable for the position of jiangmen students enrollment files management system.This paper introduces the background, research and application of similar research in Jiangmen post student records management software system, and the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of system and organization, the original business process are analyzed, after the transformation of the business process is given in; function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function gives the system package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including new files management, file management, file management of graduate sub package diagram; in data analysis, the function of each system needed to process the data were analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally, the research and analysis of the work done by the total Node, and the further work is prospected.
