Research And Analysis On The Management Information System Of Sports Activities Of Kunming Metallurgical Union

With the scale of higher vocational colleges being expanded and the education level of them being improved continuously, most of colleges consolidated, upgraded, their scale expands gradually, most of colleges and universities have built a new campus. And the number of teachers is higher than its historical records, so the Union members are on the increase. In order to carry out recreational and sports activities successfully, the Union should consider members’enthusiasm and participation, and different activities to be carried out in different campus. But the union management personnel presenting age structure of large span, and increasingly exposed to the management staff shortage of serious problems, in the current situation, the previous management already can not adapt to the development of schools. In order to solve the problems of the increase of trade union member management, management complex, half manual operation, and improve the level of union membership management, sport management services, to design and implement the union of sport management information system become an urgent problem to be solved.This system as a topic of research is based on the full investigation in the existing Kunming Metallurgy College’s union of entertainment and sport management information system. According by the union of entertainment and sport management in higher vocational colleges, the thesis elaborates the selected topic background and significance, and introduces the application and research status. So the union of entertainment and sport management system is the integrated management system to serve the school union, each division of union, various departments, the activities management. Then, the system has carried on the detailed requirement analysis, the analysis process including business requirement analysis, functional requirements analysis, data requirement analysis. Business requirement analysis of the system business processes is given the flow diagram of the business; functional requirements analysis are given in the system use case diagram and the use case were described in detail; the abbreviations of system conceptual class diagram and class diagram representation is given in the data analysis; in the database design, the main use of the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure to carry out a detailed analysis. Through analysis and design, the whole system is divided into a membership management, activity plan management, budget management schedule management, incentive and summarizes the management, promotional activities of six modules.In conclusion, the designed system in the thesis has characters of better adaptability and specific, and its design and implementation is in line with the characteristics and process of system of the trade union work in higher vocational colleges. The system can greatly improve the work of trade unions of sport management level and work efficiency, and provide reliable information for decision makers.
