Nowdays, surgery combined with radiotherapy, chemotherapy an immunotherapy are commonly used method of three treating tumors, by contrast, as well as the later development of heat therapy, which is used to stably control the local tumor temperature stable. Learned from biology, specifically the process of tumor hyperthermia:human tumor tissue lesions are heated by the use of some physical energy to achieve better therapeutic temperature range (41℃-45℃), and continued some time, eventually, it is an effective method of treatment killing cancer cells without damaging effect of normal human tissue. This shows that, in essence, hyperthermia is the use of heating method to treat cancer, its temperature controlled within the effective range of a stabilizing effect, which is that we need to be further studied and resolved.In recent years, electronic, computer applications, and EDA technology are growing at an alarming pace, in their drive, in the development of digital systems, and making FPGA/CPLD technology play a pivotal role in industrial control, medical electronics and other applications. Because of field-programmable logic device (FPGA) appeared, it have a more flexible, more stable temperature control method. Compared with the traditional single-chip control temperature, FPGA technology has a strong ability to control the timing. Currently, the research of FPGA technology to control tumor hyperthermia temperature is relatively small. Although temperature control theory are used more commonly, different personal physical condition have different the temperature, the thesis preferes fuzzy control theory as a design hyperthermia controller core algorithms and the FPGA as its control technology.For the above description, the thesis used the radiofrequency heating method to treat of cancer, and proposed the research and design of hyperthermia controller based on high-reliability and the processing speed characteristic of FPGA. First, the FPGA technology development and core fuzzy control theory was described in detail. Then, this thesis is based on a chip CycloneII EP2C35F672, QuartusII9.0as simulation software. It detaily described the algorithm design of one-dimensional and two-dimensional fuzzy controller hyperthermia and used Verilog HDL hardware description language to achieve a subtraction and adder module,a clock signal module, a control algorithm module and a modulation signal module from the top to down Eventually,it tested local modules and the entire top-level design simulation and downloaded them to the DE2board. It concluded that the experimental results are viable and in line with expectations. Combined with FPGA technology to design cancer control system, so that the system has a simple structure, high security, stability, speed, and good reconstruction, to achieve the ideal design goals, and using in the electronic medical, biological engineering have good prospects.
