| Children are the future of our country, whether they can grow up happy is not only related to the health of the children but also to the future of the motherland. With the evaluation system and information is becoming more and more complicated, it is very necessary to get a software system which can management children’s life and study to help the kindergarten management to realize the information. It will be better to help the children grow up happy and healthy.This dissertation elaborates the background of the research, significance of the research and the current related research and application of the Electronic File System for Preschool Children’s Happy Growth in its first chapters. It indicates the research content and main work uses the principle and method of software engineering to analyze the system demand. In business analysis, organization structure chart and business flow chart are used to analyze the kindergarten organization and its original business process, and provides the optimized business process; in functional analysis, it uses case analysis and case description to illustrate the function and operation process of the system, to put forward the overall function figure and sub function packages such as the packages of information collection and quantity evaluation, teaching and research achievement management, activity management and kindergarten logistics management. In data analysis, the paper uses the concept class diagrams and class thumbnails to analyze the data that each function needs. The entity class diagram is given, and the database table structure is established as well. Finally, the thesis makes some summaries and suggests improvements and further research directions. |
