Nowadays, as abranch of HR management systems, the file management systems become more and more functional and mature.In this paper it introduces the research background of NingBo University file management system and the current research home and abroad. Then it ensures the target of research and introduces the author’s main work.In process analysis, it detailing 7 main process including file data managemengt, content management, file use management, basic information management, file search management, data copy management and system management.According to the process analysis, design the main use case and secondary use case.
