Research And Analysis On Students' Achievement Management System In Zunyi Normal University

Management and evaluation of students are complicated works to the normal universities and colleges. Score management is one of the most important aspects of the management system. It not only directly relates to the approval and evaluation which teachers gave to students, but also is the important factor of assessment index system, which relates to students’ vital interests. Therefore, it is important that how to manage score of students efficiently and scientifically.First of all, this article introduced the research background, research of same system, and status of score management system in Zunyi Normal College. Next, it discussed the research purpose and significance, and content and direction of the research. Later, it proposed the questions which the research would solve, and described the way of system development by UML.During the progress of analysis, this paper did needs analysis to the system by existing operating flow chart. It optimal designed the operating system from operating needs and functional needs.In the part of functions of system, this article gave use case and Package diagram of whole system and each functional modules from Basic informational management module, Score filling and approval management module, Arrangement of make-up examination and repeating management module, Score of make-up examination and repeating management module, Score filing management module, and Score inquiry and analytic statistics management module respectively.In the part of data analysis, this research paper analyzed and designed data analysis for the system and managerial thumbnail for the sub-functional module. It gave tangible data base chart by analyzing the relationship of Entity class of system.At the end of this research paper, it summarized the content of the research, and described my main tasks, and pointed out the disadvantages and problems of this article, and looked forward for the researching directions.
