The Design And Implementation Of Student's Score Management System

Student Score Management is an important part of school education management. Adopting computer information technology and network technology is a trend of social development and advancement. Utilizing computer information to manage score can improve the efficiency of score management to make the information data standard and accurate. Besides it is convenient for inquiry, large storage, quick search, and confidentiality. What is more important, computer technology largely decreases the workload in management.Based on City Institute, Dalian University of Technology, this paper defines the goal of student score administration system and main function needs and arranges the development pace reasonably after analyzing the operation circuit of school organizational structure and student score administration, collecting the materials related to student score administration. This system's software structure adopts the system architecture of integrating C/S and B/S, database system used ORACLE, network operating environment was TCP/IP, the operating environment of client software is Windows platform, JAVA and DELPHI which are the two development tools of software. This system combines two sub systems of frontground management and background management, achieving many functions separately such as online score input, score inquiry, function and the management, modification, statistics and print.This system has been completely developed. Its interface is friendly and the operation is convenient, after testing operation, the use effect is well-operated. It has achieved management by computer such as students'online score input, score inquiry, fail score administration of unsatisfactory scores, the print of score report and statistic analysis. This system has greatly improved the efficiency of score administrator, decreased the labor cost, ensured the accuracy and security of student's score data. Moreover the system has improved the school's administration level and management efficiency thus realizes the informational, modern and scientific function of the school's education management.
