Design And Realization Of Public Security Border Defense System For Foreign Paid Service Licensing Management System

With the rapid development of informationization of public security border forces during the11th Five-Year Plan, the application software integration platform for public security border forces has been built up and put into use as a software infrastructure. To develop and improve business application softwares based on this platform is both important and challenging. In order to speed up the logistic informationization of public security border forces, the logistics department of public security border forces proposes many construction tasks of business application softwares. Among them, external paid service management system is mainly designed to achieve the goal of "processing document and handling certificates online" in external paid service management.First, focusing on the practical need of the logistics department of public security border forces for external paid service management infromationization, the author introduces the background and meaning of this subject, namely external paid service management system of public security border forces, then explains the major work of the author and the design goal of this system, and describes the development and integration specifications which this system is required to follow, software development architecture. Then, this paper makes detailed demand analyses, including business demand analysis, functional requirement analysis, data demand analysis and non-functional requirement analysis. The business flow diagram, use case diagram and class diagram of this system is given by use case description. Furthermore, the general design and functional module design are made for the system. Major functional modules include certificate application and handling, external paid service license handling, real estate lease license handling and system management. The package diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, entity class maps, E-R maps and database table structure for database design is given. Also, the author details the design content. When designing the database, entity class diagrams, E-R diagrams and database list structure are employed to carry out a detailed design. Then, the One Page One Application Web system development architecture based on Ext+Spring+Hibernate is used to design and implement all functional modules. At the end, this paper sums up the content of the present research, the major work of the author, points out the deficiencies in this paper, and discusses the prospect of further research, thus laying a foundation for improving this system and the relevant researches.
