Analysis And Research On The Management System Of College Student Grants

With the expansion of college enrollment, the number of students is booming nationwide, therefore the student management information system has started to play an very important role in school developing. The student grants management system is one of the primary constituent parts of student management, it refer to a huge number of students, the project with a long cycle of management, and the aspects are complicated to accomplish. Thus, the traditional mode already not fit well with the current situation, it is important to achieve informatization for student grants management.In this paper, we proceeded business process analysis for the previous student grants system by using the object-oriented method, accomplished the re-engineering analysis, discuss the necessity and research significance of student grants management. Then proceed requirement analysis for the system, including character analysis, system use case analysis, system function analysis, functional data analysis and the analysis of entity class. We processed overall design and module design for the systematic research, with functional modules such as students basic information management, Impoverished Students management, grants management and system management; use UML modeling approach gave a processing flow chart of modular design, and explain the design concept also provided the conceptual database design with E-R diagrams and data table structure.
