In recent years, the phenomenon of parody in the Internet conflictive discussion are showing flourishing trend. This paper selects the Xia Junfeng case, the most typical Internet conflicting events, as a case study to conduct comprehensive analysis and interpretation of parody. And through the Xia Junfeng case studies, the Internet parody features and content can be summarized.In Xia Junfeng case, parodies of Internet users are followed the development of events ups and downs, and obviously presented resentment and rebellion to city inspectors, the court case and the power elite rhetoric, Thus, this paper uses the level of rhetoric and discourse strategic level, two interdependent and interact perspectives, to examine the phenomenon of parody in the Internet conflictive discussion. From rhetorical perspective, Parodies in the Internet conflicting discussion can be divided into specific text parody, the type of style parody, the big society parody, as well as pictures parody, video parody, and so on. And its characteristics showed on text narrative as de-canonization, fragmentation, rapid replication and consumer and so on. Look from the big society environment, discourse strategies of parody in the Internet conflictive discussion including digestion of the narrative conventions, and game with the mainstream ideology. In digestion of narrative conventions, the parody through the way, replacing meaning, formatting text and rapidly dwarfing, to break the pressure and shackles of the source texts. In terms of the game with the mainstream ideology, the parody achieve breaks to the statute of external power through the way that participating the discussing system policy, challenging on the part of political and economic power, subverting the official discourse in some ways. Finally, I believe that the contemporary parody has lost a pioneer nature in the practice, becomes a popular tool for everyday discourse, which itself presents the paradox characteristics of both compromise and struggle. It is the paradox of survival, especially on one side of compromise, hidden edge, but also save the struggle to make a harmonious network society possible.
