Media industry in the field of politics, economy and the deep culture plays an important role both in the field of communication, plays an important role in the "global village". Specific to the truth, in China’s reform and opening up 30 years since one thousand, over the years, especially the new with the rapid development of network information technology, communication technology, as the people in the physical level improved significantly under the condition of the increasingly urgent demand for spiritual and cultural level, the media industry increasingly prosperous, media companies have sprung up and thrive, China’s media industry development prospects.In see opportunities at the same time, however, we should also clearly face gap, meet the challenge, must see the media industry of our country at present stage still squeezed by the media industry in western developed countries, no matter on the economic benefits or values are in the minority, comprehensive output to change that it is necessary to continue to become bigger and stronger China’s media industry, resulting in the inheriting and promoting Chinese culture, let the culture industry become one of pillar industries of economy in our country for countries to create huge benefits. To the whole media industry bigger and stronger, we must rely on the media promotion enterprise’s competitiveness and influence, in a nutshell is to make our country’s media companies is more outstanding, to become a high performance organization, to achieve this purpose, you had to use a media business applicability, scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, enables media companies to more clearly identify their own advantages and disadvantages, grasp opportunities, to better cope with the challenge, make corresponding scientific management decision. Unfortunately, due to the special nature of media companies, the existing performance evaluation model for enterprise and public institutions for the performance evaluation models are not entirely applicable, cannot reflect the composite properties of the media business performance, in the existing research on the performance evaluation of enterprise level in the media industry also did not give very good solution. For media enterprise operators and managers, although there is a strong demand to improve enterprise performance, but without proper evaluation model, this embarrassing situation is not only conducive to the development of the individual enterprise, in the long run is likely to become a bottleneck restricting the development of the entire media industry. Therefore, design a set of specific media enterprise integrated performance evaluation system has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper the related theory of literature and previous research results summarized on the basis of combing, in view of the existing theoretical research should not comprehensive and scientific evaluation criteria in reflect the media, the status of performance, mainly do the following several aspects:first, the article combed the enterprise features and media corresponds to some theories, such as stakeholder theory, especially for the subsequent research to build appropriate evaluation dimensions laid a foundation; Second, through theoretical analysis, in determining the evaluation dimensions, on the basis of the selected dimension under specific indicators and indicators for explanation, constructed the index system; Third, the method of DEMATEL with ANP method integrating, the quantitative analysis model is established; Fourth, a media type of the listed company as the example, to verify the media enterprise integrated performance evaluation model of maneuverability, and gives the related management advice.
