The Design And Implementation Of Automobile Dashboard Inspection System Based On Computer Vision

Based on the research of machine vision technology,this paper designs and implements a set of detection system for the integrated information dashboard.The main work is as follows:1.Depth study of machine vision technology and image processing technology in the identification of the application theory,put forward the entire instrument detection system program.In terms of hardware,according to the actual testing needs,using an integrated approach to instrument-driven design,and select the appropriate image acquisition device;In the software,by the detection of the content,designed the entire detection process.2.Aiming at the shortcomings of using the traditional subtraction method to extract the pointer,a subtraction method based on high precision template matching is proposed,which provides a guarantee for the effective acquisition of the pointer image.Then analyze the various methods of linear extraction.According to the characteristics of the instrument itself,a method combining the least squares method to fit the ellipse is proposed.Extract the ellipse long axis as a straight line,measure the angle between the line and the horizontal line,and combine the relative position of the pointer with the center of rotation to determine the deflection angle of the pointer.3.By measuring the brightness of the LED light to determine its brightness,converted to the HSI color gamut to measure the color value to determine its color,combined with the idea of the gather to determine whether the existence of the connection.The segmented lamp is detected by fitting the minimum circumscribed rectangle of the segmented lamp.Identify the numbers on the LCD screen by means of character preprocessing,character segmentation,and SVM.4.By the proposed hardware,software design and image processing algorithms to complete the realization of the entire system.According to the operation of the detection system,text the dashboard of Dongfeng.
