Being the major force of urban construction, the mobile population is also a double-blade sword to national construction and development for plenty of social security problems they brought. Therefore, to strengthen the management of mobile population and house-leasing is significant to the realization of harmonious society. Since the majority of the mobile populations reside temporarily and unregularly far apart from their hometown, they are more likely to take risks violating the laws when unemployed and desperate due to the lack of communication and connection, which brings serious social security problems to all the administrations of the government. This thesis is attempting to offer some advices to mobile population administration by analyzing and studying the system of mobile population management.This thesis introduces the research background, the significance, and the current research and application of mobile population management system, as well as explicates the content and the main work of the research. In business analysis, a remolded operation procedure is suggested on the basis of the analysis of the system’s organizing framework and the original procedure. In the part of function analysis, the thesis further confirms the system’s function and offers the package diagram of the overall function and sub-functions, including the functions of basic information searching, social data collecting, statistical analysis, house-leasing, rental house inspection, and rental house searching, by the description and analysis of use cases. In data analysis, the thesis processes the information required by all the functions of the system, offers the entity constrained graph, and sets up the database table structure. A conclusion is made at the end of the paper for all the study and analysis been done, and for further discussion of this thesis.
