| Each year, the comprehensive administration of campus security and order in Yichun University will be appraised. The appraisal involves many faculties and relevant departments, so it is error-prone and the workload is too heavy. The performance record in the former years is difficult to inquire. Given this, I put forward the requirements for studying and analyzing the annual performance appraisal of security and order maintenance in Yichun University.To begin with, the thesis introduces the background of this appraisal and exposes the problems exist in performance measurement that needed to be resolved. Secondly, the business analysis of the evaluation system will be demonstrated in detail, including the basic information required for the appraisal, information regarding members of group-evaluation, the procedure of confirming the contents of appraisal, the assessment materials submitted, the reexamination of evaluation contents and the assessment rankings as well as its publicity etc. And then rebuild the evaluation system in accordance with the previous business. Thirdly, according to the requirements for completing business, I put forward the needed role for the system. Next, on the basis of role and business requirements, I give the use case of contents of the business analysis, as listed above. These use cases can let us have a clear understanding of the system’s function. And then, the package diagram is shown according to the use cases. Finally, according to the business functional needs of the appraisal system, the thumbnail, the entity relationship diagram and data structure of the above aspects is given.The research and analysis of this thesis provides reference for straightening out the appraisal work of comprehensive administration of social security and order in Yichun University and developing the evaluation system. |
