Research And Analysis On The Information Management System Of Communist Youth League In Fujian Economic And Trade School

At the end of2013, the results published by the organization department of the central committee show that, there are more than89million league members in our country. It is equal to the entire population of a three-level populous country. And this number is growing year by year. More than half of the league members are students. But many secondary vocational schools don’t have corresponding system to manage the huge information. They recorded information by paper files rather than computer. The paper files need more space、more time、more energy and more people to do work, beside this, it also hard to keep、hard to update、hard to share and easy be damaged or lost. These sides show the paper files are not conducive to manage. The officials of the communist youth league always very busy、they do many regular works and develop many extracurricular activities, they are so tired to cope with the work. They need a League Information Management System. The system can increase efficiency.Based on the above background, the secondary vocational school communist youth league leaguer membership management system is analysis and design in this paper. First, the present situation and background of the project application are introduced in this paper, and the research content and main work are analyzed; Second, the business process of the system are analyzed. In order to achieve the specific analysis of business process of the system, in this paper, based on the description of the business, the original business process is given by means of business process diagrams, and through the analysis of the existing business process and reengineering, a swim lane on the system of business process reengineering is adopted; Again, the data flow of the system were analyzed by using data flow diagram, and the overall function structure and the function structure of the system function structure is analyzed, so as to realize the analysis of the system function; Finally, the data of system is analyzed by using the entity relationship diagram (E-R) and database table. Through the detailed design of the process of the system, function and database, the main work of project development is completed.
