Research And Analysis Of Art Inventory Management System

Recently I mainly work on the stock control of the artwork. Since it contains lots of information and data related to the stock in my current work, I need to read a lot of papers to search for the objects in need or check related data in the course of storage and inventory. And it takes much time. Many problems exist due to the imperfection of the way of stock control. As the fact that artworks are of high price and fragibility, only by better preserving and keeping them can we reduce costs of marketing and management and improve the market competitiveness of art. So to develop an efficient stock control system which is suitable for the nature of the art industry is very important.This paper focus on the research and analysis of business processes in each work of the art inventory management, combined with their own work, study and analysis on the art of inventory management system. The main business of this system is art warehouse check, vision loss processing, outbound sales allocate demand and art stock inventory management, etc. After further analysis of the art inventory management structure and reengineering of problems of each business process, we can get all the business processes in a computer system processing and use case diagrams of each function management on the basis of business analysis. We also draw system business process diagrams and functional analysis package diagram. At the same time, in order to further claim the process steps and the management art inventory management system, the functional data analysis was carried out on the art management system for management system of entity relationship diagram, and the entity relationship on the basis of class diagram to design the system database table.In the organization of this paper, first we introduced project research background of the art of inventory management system, the current status of application of the same kind of inventory management system and research significance of objective. Then, we carried out a detailed needs analysis system, including existing business analysis and business reengineering, and then describes the functional analysis and data analysis art inventory management system. Finally, we summarized research and content analysis of art inventory management system, and prospected additional follow-up of the project.
