| Nowadays the competition is increasingly fierce among the global manufacturing enterprises. Digital production is the only way that modern enterprises can develop rapidly. Stock management is the most basic location of the production cycle, and also a fundamental link of company operations. Quality, quantity, and efficiency are very important in stock management. Cessna assembly plant's stock is an asset to a larger share of current assets. If we can carry the effective management, we can provide a vigorous protection to the entire digital product line and control operating costs and increase productivity and business profits. The level of stock management of assembly plant is not only related to the digital product line of the project to successful completion, but also to the SAC's overall strength improvement. Therefore, we put forward to develop the stock management system of the assembly plant in this paper.Based on requirement of SAC assembly plant and combining with advanced stock management theory, this paper detailed the development of stock management system by the principles and processes. First, this article introduced the issues raised by research background and significance and briefly described the current situation of aviation enterprise stock management at home and abroad. Then it introduced the related technologies of the system development. For the deficiency of the domestic aviation enterprise stock management, this article combined with the actual situation of assembly plant and developed the stock management system. In the first place of development, it proposed the assembly plant stock management system's overall planning and designed the overview of the system implementation. In the course of implementation of the system, we made great efforts to design a simple and beautiful interface and discussed the operation of a guaranteed stock accuracy, completeness and safety requirements of the strategy. We designed the business logic in the middle tier of three-tier. Finally for the system database, we designed the database tables and table fields based on the actual stock needs to improve database efficiency and reduce redundancy. This paper described the process of developing CESSNA assembly plant stock management system. The system was developed using the ASP.NET environment, the technique of object-oriented programming, B/S three-tier architecture and C# language. The system achieved digital stock management of the assembly plant and protected the safety aspects of stock and accuracy of the activities of stock by using computer software. |
