Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Manuscript Of Fujian Construction

The informatization of scripture management help improve its management efficiency and quality. This paper directs its research at the development of scripture management system of Fujian Construction Engineering Information of Fujian Construction Engineering Group Corporation’s internal publications.This paper has an introduction of the research background, the present research, its application and the significance of the research of scripture management system and defines the content and the main work of the paper. The paper uses the UML to model the functions, and has a detailed business analysis and preliminary design of the system. In business analysis, the paper has an analysis of the existing problems of the system, its organization structure as well as the original business process, and provides the business process after reform. In functional analysis, the paper by using case analysis and case description, makes clear the systematic functions and provides the structure of the overall function of the system architecture and the functional modules, including institutional basic information management, the basic information of personnel management, contribution management, reviewers management, hiring and rejection management, royalties management and system management. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed dealt with of all functions, provides the entity class diagram, established a database table structure. In the last part, the paper makes a conclusion of the studies and analysis done and has an outlook of the future work in this aspect.
