With the massive increase of the Internet Web services and ultra-scale service storageexpanding sharply, traditional service selection method doesn’t meet user’s complex and dynamicdemands any more due to inefficiency of existing service selection algorithm and shortage in thecomplex combined optimization issue of the particle swarm optimization algorithm. It becomesto be a severe challenge during the process of web service development that how to select webservice based on user preference and how to assemble the multiple services in the internet andintegrate them seamlessly and rapidly. Because of service failure, performance bottleneck, singlefailure in the tradition integrated Web service architecture and cloud computing can resolve theseproblems perfectly, it is a ideal solution to use cloud computing technology to realize the Webservice problems discussed above.Adopting Web service selection method, particle swarm optimization algorithm and cloudcomputing technology, we have developed the Web service selection issue of particle swarmoptimization according to user preference under the cloud computing environment, applied theWeb service application in the cloud computing environment, and realize the IT O&M(operationand maintenance) service management platform based on cloud computing. Our main researchwork is as follows:(1)In order to enhance the support of traditional service selection to massive complicatedthings and realize the rapid services integration, we propose a Web service selection research ofparticle swarm optimization algorithm based on cloud computing. This research is set up oncloud computing emulation platform, combine cloud computing technology and particle swarmoptimization algorithm, map the particle swarm, simplify the similar particle swarm parallel,update the cluster in time, and reduce the time and overhead of service selection execution.(2)Because particle swarm optimization algorithm under cloud computing environment iseasily trapped into partial constringency and precocity, and user preference is existing duringtheir service selection, we propose a particle swarm optimization algorithm of Web service basedon use’s favor under cloud computing environment. These algorithms not only adopts theMapReduce programming model and inherit the rapid and effective problem-solving ability ofparticle swarm algorithm, but also uses fuzzy restriction representing the policy of userpreference to convergence rate of the algorithm and avoids precocity and maximize the usersatisfaction.(3)Based on particle swarm optimization algorithm of Web service based on use’s favorunder cloud computing environment, adopting the SOA architecture and the ITIL technology, wepropose a initiative research of IT O&M service management platform, successfully apply Webservice in cloud computing field, realize the resource automotive deployment and provision,massively reduce the workload of IT maintenance and the needed workforce, improve theefficiency of service catalogs O&M and the utilization of service resource pool.
