Research On Semantic - Based Civilian Cultural Resources Of Minority Nationalities

People look at the news on the Internet, search information, trading goods and services. In modern society, information data is growing at a surprising speed, big data era has come, the ability of human because of the increase in information data and data processing technology update and expand. At the same time, the current network is people oriented, not machine-oriented, people can understand the content on the web, but the machine can’t understand the content. With more and more content on the web, how to accurately and quickly, full access to relevant information is becoming more and more important.With the development of the society, the minority folk culture resources in the context of a strong culture, the mainstream culture, gradually change variation and even in danger of disappearing. To explore an effective way of resource information protection, inheritance, the study of ethnic folk culture resources information content including text, images and video three categories. The humanities and natural science research methods, the combination of realize the multi-level, three-dimensional research, realize the intersection of development.Article is mainly based on the national folk cultural resource for the semantic analysis and research, the use of RDF, RDFS and OWL of ethnic folk cultural resource information for semantic description, combined with the semantic WEB specifications and processing method of semantic processing of resource information for research.In this paper, on the basis of the national folk cultural resource combination of semantic specifications and patterns, as well as the understanding of the semantic information, analysis based on the semantic system of network information resources, explore and study more secure and intelligent network of information resources. At the same time, in view of the network application of the semantic WEB, further analysis and research based on the framework of the semantic system, by combining the structure of the existing information network were analyzed, and the research fits a pattern of the structure of the semantic WEB, and preliminary to support semantic framework architecture.
