State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Xipu Area (hereinafter referred to as SASAC of Xipu Area) is responsible for the supervision of more than400companies directly or indirectly. Corporations face various risks at different phases during the process of production and development, and financial risk management is an important guarantee for stable development of corporations, therefore, underestimation or negligence of risk management may lead to inefficient operations or even business failure. Due to the limited number of staffs and massive financial statements, SASAC experiences difficulties in distinguishing the authenticity of data and the possibility of financial risks without an effective means. Consequently, developing a financial risks warning system based on the basic financial data of the companies has.become an urgent issue that calls for immediate solution.The situation is discussed that the current information system of collecting Financial Express has difficulties to ensure the accuracy of data and to. expose financial risks, thus it is demonstrated that the necessity of establishing a financial risk information system based on ICE middleware. Afterwards, the following parts is dealed with the main functions of setting risk warning standards, generating risk warnings, tracking and eliminating risk warnings. It then presents a core flow of analyzing acquired basic financial data, generating warning and eliminating risk warnings. It is unfolded in Next part that elaborations of. Net three-tier model and detailed subsystem design on data acquisition and early warning generation. Among which, focus on the data acquisition components based the ICE data storage and management system based ICE protocol, described in detail the entire process of design of the data engine. Finally, the availability and flexibility of the financial risk system is analyzed.
