Securities broker system is a product of the development of the securities market. In developed countries, it not only plays a key role in the in the development of the securities market, but is the symbol of mature of securities marke. For securities firms, regardless of how the development of market is, customers are always the foundation of survival and development, and securities brokers are the source of customers. With the rapid development of China’s securities market in recent years, the securities brokers system has appeared in the China’s security market and has obtained a fast development. In order to regulate this emerging industry, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has promulgated a series of relevant regulations, which define that a securities company shall establish corresponding system for the management of the securities brokerage business.First the paper analyzes the status of the securities broker management system, and points out that using agile development technology based on LiveBOS can avoid the problems of traditional development mode, such as a long development cycle, weak expansions ability, singleness of function. On this basis, by using the use case diagram, the paper analyzes the requirements of the different objects of the broker management system, and then designs each function module. The paper focuses on the building of main business objects and workflows, which is based on the LiveBOS platform. It introduces the API interfaces for a third party system, and gives a brief account of the design of the database and its security. Finally, it summarizes its application in reality and its prospect in the future.
