Design And Implementation Of Tourism E-commerce Reservation Management System

Tourism has always been the main component of the economy at China and abroad.With the widespread of the Internet,electronic commerce get an rapid development.As a major province of tourism in China,Sichuan has the urgent need to use "Internet +" to rise the tourism revenue and services quality to a new height.This project is under the support and leadership of the Sichuan Provincial Tourism Bureau,aims at developing an integrated platform of Sichuan's food,hotel,transportation,entertainment,travel and shopping services platform,hoping for provide a more comprehensive and convenient one-stop travel service experience to tourists,travel agencies,hotels,scenic spots users.The project's name is: building and development of Sichuan tourism e-commerce system.This project after 3 months of demand research and the definition phase.And then choose the mature J2 EE technology architecture as the architecture of this project.Match an SSH2 framework in order to improve the efficiency of the software's development and quality.The system uses three-tier architecture,with JAVA language to develop functions,with the application of Ajax technology to make the platform more close to the user's requirements,experience more friendly.Install OS / 400 database for server system,Cent OS 6.3 for WEB server system.Throughout the development process is under the environment of Windows 7,used My Eclipse 4.2 version,the local server application is deployed in Tomcat and use Oracle database to storage.In this paper,the main research contents is the design and implementation of tourism E-commerce reservation management system.In this project,the author is in charge of two closed loop process like tickets booking and hotels reservation management.These two function users include individual customers,tour group clients,the system administrator,scenic spot ticket agent,hotel reservation administrator.Tickets reservation management module includes the system administrator to configure basic information,manage the ticket orders,search customer orders,booking and order management,scenic spot administrator to manage the tickets draw;Hotel reservation management module includes the system administrator to configure the basic information of the hotel basic information and manage the hotel order,customers find,book the hotel and manage the orders.In addition,the system launched a full range of dissembling and analyzed of the data in this two modules.Aimed at through the accumulated large amount of data to support the scenic spot 's actual operation and service level.And dealed with the concurrence problem in advance which may occur after the system released.When this research is completed,it have realized the demand function which is set at the beginning of the project for tickets booking and hotel reservation management module.As of thesis writing,this system has finished development and finished the corporate level of functional testing,performance testing.The test results completely accords with the demand of project setting and research expectations.
