Design And Implementation Of Early Warning Management System Based On ASP.NET Technology

This thesis mainly studies enterprise informatization early warning system platform. The project comes from Hangzhou Sirui Copper Corporation, who chiefly engages in copper processing. It has encountered difficulties currently, such as inefficiency of work and low level of information management. With the development of the scale, remote office is badly needed. It starves for a set of information technology solutions, namely enterprise informatization early warning system. This system makes enterprise management standardized, systematic and automatic. And its unique early warning function makes enterprise managers easier to master the real-time data in purchasing, marketing, producing and stocking, which will offer a reference for decision making. The design of this system is not only an attempt for solving difficulties that happen in enterprise development process, but also a practice for bringing advanced management into the enterprise.The design of the early warning system is on the basis of N-tier architecture form asp. net. With C#language and the hierarchical idea, it is developed layer by layer and analyzed one by one. This system has used Ajax technology and improves the user experience. Making use of SQL Server, the database is safer. With B/S structure, the layout and application are more convenient and efficient.According to the demand, this thesis includes purchasing, marketing, producing, early warning, reporting, basic modules etc. This thesis carries out detailed designs and analysis on purchasing, producing, basic, reporting modules. It has also solved two problems existing in the system: to use WebService’remote call to solve the problem of obtaining copper’s dynamic pricing and to use a universal early warning flow to solve the problem of anomalous data in related purchasing, marketing, producing, basic modules.The feature of this system is universal early warning function. The system can monitor data flow in real time when the staff works. Once it finds irrational data, it will give early warning report so that managers can know what problems happen in every work link and solve them in time, which surely decreases economic loss caused by delayed information.
