SCADA system is a part of the national critical infrastructure, with the deep integration of informationization and industrialization, the common protocol is widely used to complete data communication in SCADA system, the openness of the system makes that the SCADA network is easy to be damaged and attacked. The security issues of the SCADA network are research focus and difficulty when constructing a SCADA system.The research of the thesis is a sub-topic of the National Natural Science Foundation named" the research based on FNN of large-scale oil and gas gather-transferring pipe network SCADA security defense system modeling theory and simulation method ". It researches how-to build a large-scale oil and gas gather-transferring SCADA network simulation platform. The real running SCADA system can’t be used in scientific research, and the method of building SCADA physical platform is expensive. Under these two premises, hardware in-the-loop network simulation method is put forward to build large-scale oil and gas gather-transferring SCADA network simulation platform.HITL is short for hardware in-the-loop, which can solve the data interaction between the virtual network and the real network. Three methods on HITL are analyzed, and the SITL method is deeply researched and tested, the testing results of SITL method confirm that the method can be successfully applied to collaborative simulation, and the conditions which can make SITL method success are studied.With the deep analyzing on OPNET HITL network simulation, combining the needs of the large-scale SCADA network security, the idea of integrated network security simulation platform of large-scale oil and gas gather-transferring SCADA is proposed. Referring to the communication network structure of the southwest oil and gas field, the network model of the large-scale oil and gas gather-transferring SCADA network is built, the characteristics of the SCADA network traffic is analyzed. At the same time, the design of the large-scale SCADA network simulation platform by using the SITL interface is completed. The platform is composed of the simulation network, the computer of supplying simulated data, and the computer for attacking. Furthermore, the test of the UDP flooding attack and the ICMP flooding attack on the platform is carried out, and finally the research establishes a solid foundation for building an integrated network security simulation platform of the large-scale oil and gas gather-transferring SCADA network.
