Government information technology along with the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce technology.The construction of large-scale network Increasingly.The technical requirements of the government network business is getting higher and higher.Business type of network-based applications become increasingly diverse,government communications network carrying the data showed a massive growth trends.High-tech network and technology makes the network load capacity and throughput increasingly onerous.Accelerated the upgrading of the e-government network.Traditional network design and performance analysis consuming huge resources, a long period,we will be faced with the challenge to optimize the expansion of the existing network performance and future network planning and design.In this thesis,we extracted best reflects the true network topology based on government communications network in a building through a modern the government network performance analysis and evaluation of research. With analog compression and take fine with macros technical means building a network model in OPNET simulation platform.First, the combination of e-government communications network topology, define four domains, namely the process, node, network, external systems.Using OPNET Simulation software modeling and simulation of the e-government network.Followed by the establishment of four domain model and the actual network to match these four models corresponding application configuration, select the network delay, server load, CPU utilization as a statistic.And their discrete event simulation.Finally, according to the results of simulation output combined with network performance analysis and evaluation.Then select the best network design based on simulation results to meet the requirements of actual demand.On this basis, according to the existing network in the future may be facing a network failure, and in turn do performance analysis, providing construction advice.Faced with the modern trends of e-government communications network,design and simulation the two future may be used the government network, WiMAX and IPV6.Rating the performance parameters of these two technologies in the simulation,locate the network will face problems.So as to provide strong support for the decision-making of the network engineers,and provide technical reference for government communications network design and optimization.The article also detailed overview of the development status of e-government communications network.Business characteristics and trends.OPNET network simulation platform.As well as some typical modeling techniques.OPNET Modeler ready in terms of e-government communication network simulation.
