In recent years, according to the commercial banks’guidelines of improving the financial services, promoting the financial innovation, enhancing the core competitiveness, our commercial banking vigorously promoted the bank’s informatization construction, and gained the remarkable success. In2009, Bank of China put forward the core banking system IT blueprint planning (ITSP) concept, according to the bank’s future business development goals, combining with the current situation of science and technology, they made the practicable IT development strategy or planning according to their characters, which includes the whole target architecture, implementation of the road map, the project planning, investment planning and IT management mode. As the commercial bank core business, also the main source of bank credit business. Its importance is not put into words; it is an important part of the construction of the electronic bank. This is a favorable opportunity of how to use Bank of China IT blueprint planning and how to use the application of advanced computer network technology to realize the credit business of intensive management, scientific management. Thereby enhancing the security of the credit capital of the business process, they will further standardize, strengthen credit forecast and make decision scientifically, it is the first question for Chinese banking credit loan business line whether they can maintain development healthily.This article researches Chinese loan business line, under the Bank of China core banking system IT blueprint planning background of credit management approval system implementation work.
