Under the background of the rapid development of our national economy, the problem of eutrophication of water environment and water pollution is gradually increased; under the warming trend in global temperatures, extreme weather is frequent, the flood control and drought relief work at all levels of Government demands more and more attention. based on this background, a highly real-time, high precision, high credibility construction of hydrology and water distribution system for environmental monitoring is especially important.By the research on current hydrology and water distribution system for environmental monitoring, we contribute a hydrology and water environment monitoring system architecture based on time series data management technology, and described the function of time-series data-processing software and implementation method of each subsystem, after the usage of time series data management technology, it is favorable towards massive historical data management and analysis, favorable towards data audits and calculations of high density data in real time, favorable towards conducive to quality control and upgrade data quality.After the system time series were introduced in software, how to import data to time series system and how to get data after data processing is a problem. we also discusses data access and data published implementation based on AXIS2and Webservice technology. when publishing hydrology and water environmental monitoring data, it also need to integration with large numbers of basic information, so we also describes how to use GWT technology in basic information data management subsystem, we also described data publishing parts, that is, details of the hydrographic and water environment website.Proved by the real practice, the time series data management based system is an efficient and reliable data audit and publish system and can support sustainable requirement of customer.
