In order to meet the needs of the full service operation, to respond to future challenges of multi-network integration, China Mobile put forward the next generation of network architecture, CM-IMS based on IMS international standards. Separation of its business and control characteristics are convenient to add new applications and to improve service penetration. Network architecture of CM-IMS is also in line with the trend of network evolution.Deploying unified and converged multimedia services based on the CM-IMS network becomes the development direction of China Mobile. The CTD service, which achieves a call to the parties by users clicking the mouse on the web page, is the business solution to integrate the Internet with communication network.Providing feature-rich and personalized services is the key to Internet-oriented applications. The CTD service platform based on the CM-IMS network uses two-level processing deployment architecture to meet the needs of the development of the whole network and the province business. Service platform provides the ability-open interface and allows third-party applications calling the open interface provided by CTD service platform to achieve the click-to-dial capacity.The architecture of the CM-IMS network and element functions are introduced first. Based on Shanghai Mobile CM-IMS network, the solutions for converged communications voice services and parts of the business processes are analyzed. The two-level deployment architecture design for CTD service platform based on the CM-IMS network architecture is discussed subsequently. Combined with the current network environment of Shanghai Mobile, the construction program of CTD service platform in Shanghai Mobile is proposed. Design is proposed from critical business processes, network architecture, software modules and service platform process flow. The platform configuration synchronization interfaces and click-to-dial capabilities open interfaces are designed in detail. The technology of REST is discussed. Then, authentication and authorization scheme is offered to the security risks that exist in the process of calling open API. The required network bandwidth and associated hardware configuration of CTD platform is given by the calculation of the traffic model and the performance of the hardware configuration. The platform IP address is planned in detail and the design of the connection of CTD platform and other network is offered. Finally, it verifies the correctness of the construction program and the availability of the platform by the case of Shanghai Mobile OA system calling platform API to achieve the function of click-to-dial.
