As an important component of teaching work, lesson-preparing is also an important embodiment of teaching quality and learning effect, thus playing the important role in teaching. In a broad sense, effective lesson-preparing is teachers’lifelong learning, and in a narrow sense, it is understood as all the preparations of teachers before class, especially the writing of teaching plans. Compared with individual less-preparing, collaborative lesson-planning gathers the advantages from various aspects, which is more able to form effective lesson-preparing.In modern society, with flourishing development, network has permeated into every field, and collaborative lesson-planning is unavoidably being influenced and changed by network, hence the resulting birth of network collaborative lesson-planning. The network collaborative lesson-planning not only refers to that teachers find materials and write teaching plans on the Internet and that they can share and manage teaching plan resources online, but also involves taking effective advantage of network space and resources to realize the asynchronous cooperative work in different places as well as experience exchange and improve the collaborative lesson-planning efficiency and teachers’teaching quality, consequently promoting a practice community of teachers’professional development.After studying the current situation of network collaborative lesson-planning carried out in the current domestic, this research analyzes the’existing network collaborative lesson-planning system and then makes a comparison between domestic and overseas online lesson-preparing tools. Then based on this, the researcher designs and develops the network collaborative lesson-planning platform. By taking example by chat room, this platform introduces the concept of "lesson-preparing room" and employs the Theory of "SECI Knowledge Creation Spiral" in this room. In the meanwhile, by combining with the practical situation of teachers’lesson-preparing, the researcher puts forward and designs the collaborative lesson-planning model under collaborative communication environment, including "individual elementary lesson-preparing--> detailed lesson-preparing in main preparation--> individual repeated lesson-preparing--> lesson-preparing reflection".Main content of this paper is listed as follows:1. After systemizing relevant literatures about network collaborative lesson-planning, the paper analyzes its concept, working principle, successful cases and development tendency before concluding the current situation of theoretical studies about network collaborative lesson-planning. 2. A demand analysis is conducted about the network collaborative lesson-planning platform, which mainly covers the following three aspects:the first is to analyze typical lesson-preparing tools domestic and overseas and point out shortcomings thereof; the second is to make survey and interview about teachers on the front in middle and primary schools and comprehend the real demand of teachers and school management departments about collaborative lesson-planning platform; the third is to make a feasibility analysis about network collaborative lesson-planning platform by reviewing the current situation of network collaborative lesson-planning and existing technologies.3. Relevant theories about software design are employed to make the design about network collaborative lesson-planning platform in overall structure and preliminarily establish the construction objective and principle of the system. Moreover, the paper also realizes the modeling of system overall structure model as well as collaborative lesson-planning process recyclable model, and meanwhile analyzes main function modules in the system.4. Based on the demand analysis and overall structure design, the paper summarizes the development program for this network collaborative lesson-planning platform, including such contents as platform system framework, key database design and main page design, and meanwhile introduces the environment and key technologies for platform development.5. Based on the teachers’use experience, the paper employs questionnaire survey and interview method to conduct a usability evaluation about the network collaborative lesson-planning platform, which mainly includes factors like functional effectiveness, work efficiency and degree of satisfaction. At the same time, according to the analysis result of the data collected, the author summarizes the usability defects of network collaborative lesson-preparing platform and then proposes improvement suggestions.
