With the increasing popularity of computer application, people's work and life more and more inseparable from the network. BBS as a traditional network applications, still attracts a lot of users, and subscribers range has been increasing trend. The concurrency value big, interaction, strong, information content high BBS system is different from general network application main characteristics. How to improve the BBS the response speed of system and is one of many researchers face of an important topic.Improve BBS response speed of a variety of ways, and all can be obtained a certain result. If can without any increase in hardware overhead situation inside short time improving website performance, then to the site owner:it's the most economical means. Web cache technology is in this imaginehow proposed by the most effective means. Based on an existing BBS website as an example, studies the cache technology in Web applications, and according to the test results, and proposes some opinions, which has certain reference value.This paper first introduced the Chinese Internet development status and the main problems facing Web system. Several methods to resolve to available are analyzed, by comparing their respective advantages and disadvantages, selected by the main contents-BBS cache technology application. Then it introduces cache technologies to produce such-distributes, application scope, cache the location and Web cache of several main performance indexes. Analyzes the static page and dynamic pages of cache sexual and cache position.
