"Walk Out"Strategy began from the report to the 14th National Congress of CPC.It's main goal is to enhance China's overall national strength.To our delight,China has been open more and more in the international community in terms of economy and culture,since 1992,which the year"Walk Out"was proposed. TV media has such advantages:a wide rang of dissemination,a satisfactory result and profound influence.Based on these advantages,TV media has played a very important role in the issues.Many wachers could recall the live reports from Sichuan TV in May 12th of 2008,they may also selected Sichuan TV without hesitation among so many TVs.Nowadays,we continue to receive reprts or all kinds of TV works from Sichuan TV.Most of them are about reconstrucion.TV external propaganda of Sichuan has improved a lot in recent years.It shows the world how beautiful Sichuan is after the"5.12"disaster.It also share with other countries that how profound the history of Sichuan is and how colorful the culture of Sichuan is.As a part of"Walk Out"Strategy, Chinese culture occupies most shares of work for TV external propaganda of Sichuan. This article set out from global communication to study the history, current situation and development of China's propaganda cause by mass communication theory. With examples,it discusses in detail the various aspects of TV Sichuan external propaganda.There are four parts in all.The first part is Introduction of External Propagand.It includes the origin of propagand and different understanding between east and west society.It underlines the Chinese background for the external propaganda,as well as the nature, principle and policy.In the section of"External Propaganda and External Communication",the author bring up the idea that Chinese external propaganda should whisk the cobweb so as to develope with self-confidence.The second part is External Propaganda of Sichuan Province. As the main part of this article,it discusses from three aspects:nature,tendency of content and media forms.TV external propaganda of Sichuan has been prominented.The third part is TV External Propaganda of Sichuan. The author has discussed this part from two dimensions:"Political"and"Culture and Economical".The first dimension"Political"aims at the positive meaning of reconstrucion TV meterials to external propaganda of Sichuan.The second dimension has put forward a new idea: external propaganda of Sichuan on TV could follow integrated development with culture industry focused on tourism. The fouth part is some quesions and approaches to resolve them.The author has surveyed a lot about Sichuan TV and external propaganda.The conclusion is that there is lack of research on the subject in China.I sincerely hope that this airticle could draw people's eyes on subjects of external propaganda and it on TV issues.Let's do more works together to promote the external propanda cause in China.
