Design And Implementation Of A Tax Propaganda Platform Based On Android System

With the development of China's economy,many new tax laws and regulations are created in corresponding to the more and more new taxpayers and tax types.However,our people's awareness of tax responsibility and laws is still in a low level.Improving citizens' awareness of tax payment and common sense of law are urgent problems to be solved in tax collection.Internet technology provides an effective information platform for tax departments to propagandize tax knowledge.In present,the main form of tax propaganda based on Internet is the Web site built by tax department.Obviously,it's a passive manner.Compared with the Web site,pushing tax knowledge to taxpayers through the mobile terminal to help them solve the tax problem and improve the awareness of tax has higher initiative and wider coverage.Under this background,this thesis studies the design and implementation of tax propaganda platform based on Android system.With the popularity of mobile 4G network and intelligent mobile phone,research and develop tax propaganda APP in mobile phone is more meaningful since its strong penetrability and high coverage.Besides,it also can help the tax department establisha long-term mechanism of tax publicity in a lower cost.In the demand analysis stage,summarizes and analyzes the existing tax propaganda works,combined with the characteristics of mobile phone,modeling the system functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements,in the functional requirements analysis,modeling and analysis of UML use case of taxpayer information management,tax,tax and tax declaration announcement query 4 business based on the module,and analysis of its business process;in the nonfunctional requirements,the tax publicity APP response time,stability,resource utilization and other indicators of the quantitative description,in addition,in the stage of requirement analysis,based on the E-R modeling of tax publicity APP related data,the key entities required for system construction and given the relationship.In the stage of system design and implementation,this paper gives the overall structure of the system design,including system architecture,software network deployment and functional architecture,the architecture in the design process,the tax publicity APP using the C/S framework,using SQLite data storage laws and regulations and other normal data information in the mobile terminal,the server My SQL,by storing all the data between the mobile terminal and the server are connected through the JSON technology to build,this design in the shared server pressure at the same time,improve the response speed of the mobile terminal.Secondly,the paper expounds the design of database information table on the basis of E-R diagram.Then,the class diagram for system design is given.Finally,we introduce the detailed design and implementation of the system function modules.In this part,the design and implementation details of the four core business functions of tax publicity APP are described in detail,and the corresponding class diagrams and sequence diagrams are given.Finally,system test is given.Black box testing method is used in the function test.Further,we also design pressure test case to test the stability of the system based on simulation of multiplayer online access scenarios.The test result shows that the tax propaganda APP has perfect function and can effectively push all kinds of information to help taxpayers understand their tax situation and relevant laws steadily.It became a solid foundation for the normal tax propaganda mechanism construction.
