| Geographic Information System (GIS) technology is a rapid developed space informational analysis technology in recent years. International geographic Information System of China Mobile Beijing Company took outstanding effect in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The second stage construction target of International geographic Information System is to increase newly added requirement of international optimization and international maintain department and put the new demands into original system, based on the first stage. The final target is to construct a comprehensive geographic information platform of combining all mobile communication business system.This stage of project includes the following two objects:one is to finish the requirement of international optimization business data analysis on GIS by international optimization department, the other is to finish the newly added requirement based on GIS by mobile group and international maintain department. We try to transform the existed system more flexible and to be a powerful security platform of key and important events.The thesis researches and designs a new edition of Beijing mobile geographic information system based on GIS technology. We meet the newly added requirement of all departments, design a new GIS and existed EOMS system interface rule and finish the project online and load balancing work.The thesis mainly introduce the process of system research,design,development and debugging. The thesis is composed of seven parts, including introduction overall design,system design object,design and optimization of software and hardware,load balance,system realizing condition and conclusion. |
