The Inner Mongolia Telecom Business Resource Scheduling System Design And Realization

Along with the increasing development of teleservices, the work order management based 97 management system is not able to satisfy the general management and complicated demands of diverse clients in terms of flexible charging strategy, fast manufacturing, diverse analysis of statistics and detailed data acquisition. Therefore, the Machine Line Resources Management, Wiring with Number Management and process scheduling will be separated from original 97 management system and replaced by the resource management system by Inner Mongolia Telecom's. Resource scheduling system as a subsystem of resource management system, the main function is to achieve the work flow of varieties of business examples, combining with resource management systems to achieve Service fulfillment, tracking and reminding the implementation of different business cases, to achieve the implementation of business inquiries and statistics.Firstly, the thesis will analyze the existed lacks of 97 manage system, defined the necessities of resource scheduling system construction. On this basis, the paper made a detailed requirement analysis of resource scheduling system, designed system's overall function and architecture, system reliability, security and other aspects of the system; then designed the important modules of the system in specific requirements, intrduced into Spring framework of J2EE, IBM MQ Series Work Flow:the work flow management platform to be realized, and tested the system finally. The results show that the resource management system can schedule the current business and the business outside of 97 management systems globally.
