Measuring instruments management is the management department of science and technology as the core content, the rapid development of measuring instruments, showing a relatively backward management level. Measuring instruments, the identification of information to hand entry, information, the cycle is long, big workload statistics, and prone to errors of efficiency is very low. In view of the above questions, using RFID technology, based on RFID technology management, measuring instruments of metrological verification department management level and increase economic efficiency, improve work efficiency. The traditional measuring instruments management mode from quality, efficiency is to satisfy the needs of the development of modern enterprise. Therefore, the development of a convenient and effective management of measuring instruments management system is very necessary.This paper discusses and summarizes the custom of Lianyungang measuring department for measuring instruments management system development in the process of doing most of the work, the key is the RFID tag, prevent collisions study design, application background software system design and realization. In this project is in charge of system requirements, the requirement analysis, system design process UML modeling and analysis, system, database, and participate in the test design and selection of electronic tags. Based on the concept of SQL Server database design and physical design are analyzed, and the JSP and SQL Server database access method is discussed.RFID technology is applied to gage management system, a method to solve the current measuring instruments and other information management mechanization slow, working intensity big, bit-error-rate and repeatability, comparative higher for measuring instruments information provided quick and accurate data entry. This system is running well testing, friendly interface, convenient operation, the system is stable and reliable. Through this system for dynamic management tool information quantity and network transmission of information measurement, can achieve measuring instruments resource sharing information and management standardization, and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of the work.
