| With the accelerated growth of the military materiel industry, equipment quantity requests become more and more strict. In order to ensure the quality of military materiel, it is required to keep qualified state of the measuring instrument which makes the production data to be truthful, accurate and reliable. However, on the one hand, most of the current measuring instruments testing management is used inefficient manual recording. On the other hand, the testing function of the measuring instrument management system in the market does not meet the requirements. Most of them are poorly scalable, lack of authority management. It is imperative to develop a new measuring instrument testing management system.To solve the above problems, the domain requirement of military materiel measuring instrument testing management system is discussed in this paper. What is more, the function and studied the field of measuring instruments to detect equipment demand management system, and the function and non-function requirements and non-functional requirements analysis are studied. The business processes of the system and use-case are analyzed. Multiple roles just like customer, instruments receiver, task manager, tester, verification staff, chief administrator and certificate manager is defined in the system. The detail design of the main functional modules, authority design and database design is presented also. The Strut2 + Sping3 + MyBatis technology is used to design and implement a military materiel measuring instrument testing management system based on B/S pattern. The functions of authority management, menu management, customer information management, instruments information management, instruments receiving, testing, verification, certificate management are implemented.The system authority is managed as organization, role and user levels. It achieved scalability, flexibility and security of authority management. The menu management improves the system’s scalability for the system developers and system administrators to extend the function. The system is proven to achieve the design goals and requirements. It improves management efficiency of measuring instrument testing management for its friendly and easy using system interface. Furthermore, the system has better scalability, security and reliability. |
