Content:Since the birth of the Internet in China in 1995, it plays an increasingly important role in people's social life. The Internet breaks the traditional media's modes. The feedback mechanism of traditional media is not perfect. And its transmission of information is in a linear. The Internet is on the rise by its hyperlink and infinity. Before 2003, the use mode of internet still stuck in the stage as "people-information" due to the limitation of Web 1.0. That means the internet companies upload the information to the web, and then users obtain the information they need from the network. Although there are some personal ways to express themselves under the website in Web 1.0 technology, such BBS and blog, this mode is not only less but also does not form a large-scale of spread. In the sense of Communication, internet communication is in the scope of mass communication. However, since the Web2.0 technology, internet appeared in a new situation. SNS social network has been in a considerable development. Internet users have a dual role of contributor and extractor of network information. The internet virtual community and real-life society had never before linked. The phenomenon appeared in coincidence in many respects. In the SNS Social networks, internet users are familiar with and contact each other by acquaintances. The credibility of each other is higher. Formed various social relations are closer to reality. There are some of these kinds of websites are Renren Website, QQ space (Alumni). During the research, writer has analysed the QQ space which was the world's largest SNS social networking platform and the rage Renren website by case analysis, case investigation, functional analysis, description of method, in the context of communication, according to the description and interpretation of the already research results in monograph papers of scholars and experts in front, investigating the loyal users of social networking SNS site. Hoping to exposit the meaning, development and application of SNS social network clearly, on the background of the rapid development of Internet and Internet technology advances, specifically review SNS social networking in China and status of the development process. We discussed the change of the use and way of the SNS social network in the social process from the perspective of communication. The article analyses which needs of netizens have fulfilled in the SNS social network from the point of view of Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs" theory (Physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs to be respected and self-actualization needs), such as Real-name system building the international community of real people on the internet, that fulfills the need of security in personal safety, moral security, resource properties. The SNS social network as an integrated social networking platform fulfills the needs of emotion and sense of belonging. Netizen can build a more perfect personal image to be respected in the SNS social network. Through the elaboration of Communication Theory, the article analyses the various situations when they use the SNS network. On the bases of case studies, it leads the impacts of positive and negative in people's real relationships when they use it. Although the SNS social network plays an important role in internet life, it is not fully play its due role, even exists some common problems. The final chapter puts forward some recommendations for improvement of the SNS social network suggesting to improve services by developing applications, to attract the attention of Internet users by creating more tools, to enhance contact, resource integration and cooperation with other kinds of media in people's life, and to enhance other features of the SNS social network. Then it can meet the demands of net users greater and be convenient to them.
