There are three innovations of info exchange in Web2.0 age: it applies both the Six-Degrees-Separation theory and Long Tail theory to info exchange, and takes micro contents as the basis of info exchange. Through the analysis of the impact of traditional info exchange theory, and traditional Internet info exchange, the paper shows that web2.0 will bring great changes to info exchange on Internet, then the paper concludes the directions for the info exchange in web2.0 age, a new info exchange model based on web2.0 has been put forwarded. At last, social message system, which is stared with Twitter, has been put forwarded based on the model. The nature of social message system is socialization of behaves of info publishing and dissemination.The paper derivates from the representative project of social bookmark system named Diigo. Diigo is a social bookmark system which allows highlight and share the web. Its destination is designing and implementing a social message system --- DMS, which could publish and spread info, also allows the interaction around the diigo bookmarks.Firstly, the paper analyzes the relative knowledge, back ground and characteristics of Web2.0, point out the main application of web2.0, and laid the theory foundation for put forward of social message system.Following, through the analysis of web2.0 on the impact of info exchange, a new info exchange model has been put forwarded based on web2.0, then social message system has been put forwarded based on the model. Twitter is one of representative project of social message system. The innovative points have been pointed out after research and reference from Twitter. This research and reference also laid the practical foundation for designing and implementing DMS.Finally, the paper takes Ruby On Rails as the application platform, it introduces ActiveRecord framework to visit database in ORM; It introduces Prototype and JSON to make the system respond fast in Ajax manner; It introduces ActiveMessaing framework to make the system can be expanded; It introduces Linux and Apache as the web container. Then, DMS would be designed and implemented with all these technologies mentioned above.Contribution of this study can be summarized as follows:①The paper proposed a new info exchanged model based on web2.0 through the analyses of web2.0 on the impact of info exchange, then put forward the social message system as a new application based on this model;②Innovation points of DMS have been pointed out after research and borrow from Twitter, which expand the application of social message system;③The paper introduces the technologies such as ROR, ActiveMessaging to designed and implemented DMS, and gained good effects.
