With the development of computer network control technology,control designers should not only solve the real-time control problem of the underlying equipment,but also solve the integrated automation problem brought by the upper data integration management.Port dispatching and management is a general term of a series of arrangements,command,inspection,supervision,coordination and balance to ensure that port loading and unloading operations are organized and implemented according to the plan,which directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises.In this thesis,aiming at an inland port in China,which has many production links and complicated operation process,a mathematical model of multi resource collaborative scheduling optimization problem of bulk cargo terminal and oil port terminal is established.Four modern heuristic algorithms are studied experimentally,and discrete differential evolutionary algorithm is selected to solve the problem.In order to improve the speed and stability of the algorithm,the thesis also improves it,and the experiment shows that the improved algorithm is effective.In addition,on the basis of demand analysis,multiobjective optimization scheduling modeling and problem solving,the author also developed a port production scheduling management information system.The system is of great significance to improve the efficiency of inland port production,coordinate the rational distribution of production resources,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.First of all,this thesis investigates and analyzes the actual production and user demand of a port enterprise,clarifies the problems existing in the production scheduling and management of the enterprise and the main objectives of the system to be built,and completes the system demand analysis and the division of the main functional modules.Secondly,based on the analysis of the operation process and the characteristics of each operation link of the bulk terminal,this thesis creatively establishes an optimization model for the integrated scheduling of loading,unloading and stacking of the multi-objective bulk terminal.The discrete differential evolution algorithm,genetic algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm and tabu search algorithm are used to solve the problem,and the best discrete differential solution is selected according to the experimental results The evolutionary algorithm is the algorithm to solve the scheduling problem.Finally,the model and the selected algorithm proposed in this thesis can effectively solve the integrated scheduling optimization problem of the berth and yard of the bulk cargo terminal.Compared with manual scheduling,it can effectively reduce the production cost,reduce the total time of ships in port,improve the utilization rate of berths,shorten the total distance of transportation machinery,and greatly shorten the time of making production scheduling plan.Then,this thesis analyzes the differences between the production scheduling of oil port terminal and bulk cargo terminal,comprehensively considers the characteristics of the operation links such as connection,unloading and storage of oil port terminal,creatively establishes the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of the production scheduling of oil port terminal,and selects the discrete differential evolution algorithm to solve it.In order to further improve the performance of the algorithm,the scaling factor and crossover probability of the algorithm are improved,and the empirical formula is given.The results show that the work in this thesis can provide the auxiliary optimization decision-making function for the overall resources of the enterprise,and greatly reduce the production scheduling time of the terminal.Finally,based on the analysis of system requirements,the design of system architecture and database is completed.Using Java as the intelligent optimization algorithm development language,Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as the database management system,spring,spring MVC and mybatis as the back-end development framework,bootstrap and angularjs as the development framework of the front-end interface of the system,the development of the port dispatching management system based on B / S architecture is completed.The system is tested from three aspects of system function,security and compatibility.The results show that the system meets the expected functional requirements.
