Holter is an important means of prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,and intelligence is an important direction of its development. Intelligent holter system is base on the high-performance hardware, advanced mobile communication technology and intelligent software systems. The main subject of this study is to design holter software system, and achieve the client and server applications, also research of ECG signal denoising with lifting wavelet.The client of this system is based on MTK6225 platform, ECG monitoring system is integrated into mobile phones. Therefore, the client software is designed in the form of mobile phone software, which makes it easy to use. The client software design with JAVA language, the software may use in other platforms.The client software of holte designed welcome form, main menu, setting form and calling form. The software provides real-time ECG monitoring, emergency calls and other functions. According to the software interface and functional requirements, design software in modules. The system designed and implemented six functional modules including serial receiving, data processing, data displaying, lesion detecting, data storage and data transmission. As tested, the client software can operate stable and effectively.Main function of server software is to receive, storage and process ECG data. The design of software requires receiving data, processing data and using the database for data storage. Server software written by Delphi7 and the database uses SQL Server 2000, and access the database by ODBC. The software designed in five functional modules including of the data reception, data analysis, database management, printing and data import, which provide data reception, analysis, query, print and other functions ECG signal denoising is very important in ECG Signal Processing. We researched the ECG denoising algorithm which is based on lifting wavelet and median filter in this article, the result shows that it has obvious speed advantage than traditional wavelet method, and the method can be used in embedded systems.
